§ 9-4-6 REPORTS AND PETITIONS FILED.
   In addition to a full compliance of said ILCS Chapter 21, the said Cemetery Board of Managers shall file with the City Clerk a copy of all reports and petitions presented to the County Judge, and shall in addition thereto file with the City Clerk a full report of their receipts and expenditures and of all assets on hand, which report shall be presented to the City Council at the first regular meeting thereof in July of each year.
