§ 9-4-1 CEMETERY DESCRIBED.
   (A)   That part of the north-east quarter of Section One (1) Township Twenty-four (24), North Range Four (4), east of the Fourth Principal Meridian, described as follows: Beginning at a stone set in the south line of said north-east quarter of Section One (1) for the south-west corner of Oak Hill Cemetery as surveyed by Elijah Funk and recorded in book “C”, page 442 of Surveyor’s records in the Recorder’s office of Carroll County, Illinois; thence west along said south line of the north-east quarter 107 feet to a stake; thence north 50 degrees west 404 feet to the west line of said north-east quarter; thence north along said west line 393 feet to the north line of Point Rock Park, as it is now enclosed; thence north 87 degrees and 40 minutes east along said north line to the old grave yard 430 feet; thence south along the west line of the old grave yard and Oak Hill Cemetery 670 feet to the place of beginning, containing 5.64 acres, according to survey recorded in Plat Book 2, page 27, in the Recorder’s office of Carroll County, Illinois, is hereby set apart for the burial of the dead and for that purpose only, and shall be known and designated as West Oak Hill Cemetery.
   (B)   Lots in said cemetery shall be described by reference to a plat of the same recorded in the Recorder’s office of the county.
