(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to pass or to attempt to pass over the suspension bridge in the city faster than a walk or for any person to remain standing or lounging on said bridge or to teeter or swing on said bridge, or to jump on the same or in any manner to willfully injure or displace any wire or other material forming any part of said bridge.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to enter upon said bridge for the purpose of passing over the same, or for any other purpose, while the number of 20 persons are upon said bridge.
(C) It shall be unlawful for any person to bathe in Carroll Creek or the mill pond in the city during the daytime between the wagon bridge below the mill pond and the lime kiln in view of said suspension bridge or for any person to indecently expose his or her person or commit any nuisance along the banks of said creek or mill pond between the limits aforesaid.
