(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to immoderately ride or drive any horse, mule, team or other animal in, along or upon any street, alley or lane within the limits of the city or shall be careless or negligent riding or driving any animal within the limits of the city or endanger the safety of any person.
(B) No person shall ride or drive any animal over, upon or across the bridge on Galena Road crossing Carroll Creek in the city, commonly called Londen Bridge, or the bridge across Carroll Creek at the north end of Clay Street in the city.
