§ 8-10-5 MISCELLANEOUS.
   (A)   Operators of non-highway vehicles must obey all traffic laws of the state and the city.
   (B)   Operators must be 21 years of age or older and must possess a valid driver’s license.
   (C)   Non-highway vehicles shall be operated on city streets and shall not be operated on highways subject to the jurisdiction of the state, to wit: Illinois Route 78 (Clay Street); Illinois Route 64 and Illinois Route 40; nor county highways, except to cross at intersections with city streets.
   (D)   Non-highway vehicles may not be operated at speeds in excess of 20 mph.
   (E)   No person shall operate or been in physical control of a non-highway vehicle on a city roadway while under the influence of alcohol or drugs in violation of 625 ILCS 5/11-500 through 5/11-502 inclusive.
   (F)   Non-highway vehicles may not be operated on city sidewalks, parks or parking areas except for snow removal.
   (G)   Operators must have in their possession a copy of their application/permit on their person during the operation of the non-highway vehicle.
