(A) The compensation of the wastewater treatment plant operator and waterworks operator with license to be set by the Council at the beginning of each fiscal year;
(B) The compensation of a maintenance worker for the water and sewer department to be set by the Council at the beginning of each fiscal year;
(C) The compensation of the Superintendent of Street Department, also being equipment operator for the Street, Water and Sewer Departments, and responsible for maintenance on vehicles and machinery owned by the Street, Water and Sewer Departments to be set by the Council at the beginning of each fiscal year;
(D) The compensation of a maintenance worker for the Street Department to be set by the Council;
(E) The compensation of the City Collector to be set by the Council at the beginning of each fiscal year;
(F) The compensation of the City Treasurer shall be set by the City Council at the beginning of each fiscal year beginning May 1, 2005; and
(G) Compensation for all other part-time officers and employees, and full-time officers and employees, to be set by the Council according to appointments.
