Any person violating any section of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, is subject to a fine of $10 for each violation thereof. In the event the fine is not paid in 48 hours of the issuance of notice of the violation, the Chief of Police may issue a summons to the violator. Said fines may be paid to the City Collector or the Police Department of the city at the City Hall.
