§ 8-5-6 DISABLED PARKING.
   (A)   The first designated parking space for motor vehicles on the west side of Carroll Street immediately south of the south line of Market Street in the city is hereby designated as a parking space reserved for persons with disabilities as authorized by state law.
   (B)   The Chief of Police or his or her designee is hereby authorized and directed to erect the appropriate signs indicating that the spaces are reserved for persons with disabilities and indicating the fine to be imposed upon the violation thereof.
   (C)   Any person found guilty of violating the section shall be fined the sum of $250 in addition to costs or charges connected with the removal or storage of any vehicles as authorized by state law.
