§ 1-7-2 COMMISSION OF OFFICE.
   All officers of the city except the Clerk, Aldermen and Mayor shall be commissioned according to the provisions of 65 ILCS 5/3-14-2. All such commissions shall be made to expire annually or biennially thereafter, as the case may be, on April 30.
