§ 8-4-30 DRIVING FROM ALLEYS, DRIVEWAYS OR GARAGES.
   The driver of a vehicle emerging from an alley, driveway or garage, shall stop such vehicle immediately prior to driving onto a sidewalk, or across a sidewalk line projected across such alley, and shall exercise extreme care in driving upon said sidewalk or across such line.
