(A) Court costs. In the event any person pleads guilty, is found guilty on trial or forfeits the duly posted bond, the costs thereof shall be paid by such person. In the event of a finding of not guilty, the costs shall be paid by the city.

(B) Attorney fees. In the event that the legal advisor of the city appears to prosecute a case of violation, hereunder, an additional charge of $10 shall be charged as part of the costs.
