§ 7-5-10 OBSCENITY; AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSE.
   It shall be an affirmative defense to charge under §§ 7-5-8 and 7-5-9 that the dissemination:
   (A)   Was not for sale or gain, and was made only to personal associates other than children under 18 years of age; or
   (B)   Was to institutions or individuals having scientific or other special education purpose for possession of such material.
