Any person who keeps, maintains or exercises control over the use of any premises which could offer seclusion or shelter for the practice of prostitution, and who performs any of the following acts, shall be deemed to keep a place of prostitution:
(A) Knowingly grants or permits the use of such premises for the purpose of prostitution;
(B) Grants or permits the use of such premises under circumstances from which he or she should reasonably be aware that such premises are used or about to be used for purposes of prostitution; or
(C) Permits the continued use of premises after becoming aware of facts or circumstances from which he or she should reasonably know that such premises are being used for purposes of prostitution.
