§ 7-4-3 NUISANCES; CREATING, MAINTAINING.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to create or maintain anywhere within the city any nuisance as declared in Title 5, Chapter 2 of this code of ordinances, or to permit or direct another to do the same.
   (B)   Notice of such nuisance and violation thereof shall be given to the person responsible or his or her agent, and to the proper city official whose duties include the abatement of such nuisances.
