§ 7-3-13 RESISTING ARREST.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly or willfully resist an arrest which he or she knows is being made by a police officer, or by a private person summoned and directed by a police officer to make an arrest, even if he or she believes that the arrest is unlawful, and the arrest is in fact unlawful.
