§ 6-5-20 RESTRICTIONS ON PERSONAL USE OF CANNABIS.
   (A)   No person, regardless of age, may possess, use or consume cannabis in such a manner as to constitute a violation of § 10-35 of the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act (410 ILCS 705/1-1 et seq.)
   (B)   It is a violation of this section for any person to undertake any task under the influence of cannabis when doing so would constitute negligence, professional malpractice, or professional misconduct.
