§ 6-5-2 PENALTIES.
   Any violation of this chapter, unless more specifically set forth herein, shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $75 nor more than $750 for each occurrence. For purpose of assessing penalties, each date of a continuing violation shall be a separate occurrence.
