§ 5-4-14 EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS OF CITY COLLECTION.
   Any garbage, refuse, trash, recyclables or yard waste generated by any residential dwelling unit and placed at the curb for collection shall be collected solely and exclusively by the city or its officially designated solid waste disposal contractor.
