§ 5-4-10 PICKUP OF SOLID WASTES.

   (A)   The contract hauler will pick up only from residential premises.

   (B)   The materials to be collected include:

      (1)   Garbage and rubbish. When placed in a special garbage bag affixed with a city sticker;

      (2)   Soft yard waste material. When placed in a special kraft yard bag;

      (3)   Hard yard waste. When bundled and displaying a special prepaid sticker;

      (4)   Christmas trees. Under the Christmas tree program; and

      (5)   Recyclables. Recyclable materials including glass, plastic (HDPE and PET), newspaper and cans when packaged in accordance with this chapter.

   (C)   The materials that will not be collected by the contract hauler include sod, concrete, refuse from remodeling or construction, automobile parts, tires, motor oil, “white goods”, hazardous wastes, and large trees.
