(A) No trash storage facilities shall be placed within the front yard setback area, within 15 feet of side yard lot lines of a corner lot, or within the limits of any street or alley. Trash containers may be placed in these areas only on days appointed for trash pickup.
(B) For the purpose of this section, a
DAY is defined as that period of time from sundown on the day preceding the collection of garbage, rubbish and recyclables to sundown of the day of trash collection.
