(A) In residential dwelling units of two to six units, it shall be the responsibility of the user to place trash containers for curbside collection.
(B) Notwithstanding any of the provisions of this chapter, any building used as a residence having six or more dwelling units shall provide collection areas on the premises. The collection area shall be accessible to city collection crews. The trash container shall be a one and one-half cubic yard dumpster style container of a type that is capable of being emptied into solid waste vehicles used by the city or the hauler. Such dumpsters and containers shall be approved by the city. Such trash containers are to be placed in storage areas that are complimentary to the area and neighborhood.
(C) The owner of any mobile home or trailer park, not considered as residential dwelling units as defined in § 5-4-1, (mobile home or trailer parks which have a master water meter rather than separate water meters for each mobile home or trailer within said park) shall provide a collection area on the premises for solid wastes. Further, the owner of said mobile home or trailer park shall provide for the collection of solid waste from the premises by private solid waste hauler.
