(A) It is unlawful for any person to sell, deliver, transfer, distribute or give away cannabis to any person under the age of 21 years.
(B) It is unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years, or for any person to permit or allow a person under the age of 21 years, to enter or remain inside a premises holding a license pursuant to this chapter. The licensee shall post a sign at all entrances to the business stating that no person under the age of 21 years may enter or remain inside the premises.
(C) A violation of this section shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $75 nor more than $750 for each separate offense.
