(A) Licenses for the growing, cultivation, transfer, distribution, process or sale of cannabis within the city shall be divided into the following classes:
(1) Craft grower license.
(a) A craft grower license shall entitle the licensee to operate as a craft grower.
(b) The initial fee for the issuance of a craft grower license shall be $5,000. The license fee for the annual renewal of said license shall be $2,500.
(c) There shall be issued not more than __ craft grower license(s) within the city at any given time.
(2) Cultivation center license.
(a) A cultivation center license shall entitle the licensee to operate as a cultivation center.
(b) The initial fee for the issuance of a cultivation center license shall be $5,000. The license fee for the annual renewal of said license shall be $2,500.
(c) There shall be issued not more than __ cultivation center license(s) within the city at any given time.
(3) Dispensing organization license.
(a) A dispensing organization license shall entitle the licensee to operate as a dispensing organization.
(b) The initial fee for the issuance of a dispensing organization license shall be $5,000. The license fee for the annual renewal of said license shall be $2,500.
(c) There shall be issued not more __ dispensing organization license(s) within the city at any given time.
(4) Processing organization license.
(a) A processing organization license shall entitle the licensee to operate as a processing organization.
(b) The initial fee for the issuance of a processing organization license shall be $5,000. The license fee for the annual renewal of said license shall be $2,500.
(c) There shall be issued not more than __ processing organization license(s) within the city at any given time.
(5) Transporting organization license.
(a) A transporting organization license shall entitle the licensee to operate as a transporting organization.
(b) The initial fee for the issuance of a transporting organization license shall be $5,000. The license fee for the annual renewal of said license shall be $2,500.
(c) There shall be issued not more than __ transporting organization license(s) within the city at any given time.
(B) The City Clerk shall keep or cause to be kept a complete record of all licenses issued under this chapter.
(C) No license shall be transferable by the licensee to any other person, firm or corporation.
(D) The fee to be paid for any license issued pursuant to this chapter shall be prorated based upon the period of time remaining on the term of the license.
