(A) The license fee to be paid annually to the City Clerk shall be as follows.
1 such wagon or vehicle | $15 |
2 such wagons or vehicles | $25 |
3 such wagons or vehicles | $30 |
For each such wagon or vehicle in excess of 3 operated by any 1 applicant | $5 |
(B) All such licenses shall expire on April 30 following the date of issue. All revenues derived from such license fees shall be kept as a separate fund and used only for paying the cost and expenses of street or alley improvement or repair.
