(A) Any person or organization covered by this chapter who peddle, solicits or sells any goods without first obtaining a license or fails to properly display a current license issued by the city shall constitute a violation of the chapter. If any person continues to peddle, solicit or sell goods or services after having his or her license suspended or revoked shall constitute a violation hereof.
(B) Any person found to be in violation of this chapter shall be fined not less than $100 for the first violation and not less than $100 nor more than $500 for the second and each subsequent violations of any provision of this chapter.
