§ 4-5-6 PRACTICES PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person licensed under the provisions of this chapter shall, within the city, call attention neither to his or her business nor to the goods, wares or merchandise which he or she is selling or offering for sale by crying out, by blowing a horn, or by any loud or unusual noises. It shall be prohibited to hand out advertising handbills, coupons and the like or perform demonstrations for residents unless licensed. A licensee is permitted to peddle, solicit or sell goods between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
   (B)   All peddlers, solicitors or transient merchants must immediately leave the residence if the occupant requests them to leave.
   (C)   Commercial food vendors will only be allowed during charitable fundraisers and authorized by the sponsoring charity.
