Application for a license shall be made to the City Clerk on a form (Attachment 1 at the end of this chapter) supplied by the city along with an administrative fee of $50 per person for each person which is valid for a period of six days for approved licenses. All applicants must apply in person. Applicants must provide proof of contractor’s insurance along with a completed application.
