§ 4-3-65 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, company, corporation, troupe or organization to present, conduct or exhibit any show, menagerie, circus, rink, concert, public dance, moving picture show, lecture, theatrical or other exhibition, entertainment or amusement within the corporate limits of the city, where money or any admission fee is charged to hear, see or enjoy the same, without first having obtained a license for that purpose; provided, however, that for lectures, concerts and other entertainments and amusements given, made or presented for charitable or educational purposes exclusively, no license shall be required.
