It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to locate, install, keep, maintain or use, or permit the location, installation, maintenance or use upon his, her or its premises of any automatic or coin-controlled or coin-operated music box or device which furnishes what is commonly called “canned music”, without first having obtained a license therefor, and such license shall be issued upon the payment of a fee of $15 per annum.
