A. Scope: The City Clerk/Treasurer will deposit the funds of the City in such place or places as the Mayor and Council shall direct.
B. Authority Of Mayor And Council: By resolution, the Mayor and Council may approve the establishment of such accounts with one or more financial institutions as such may best meet the needs and facilitate purposes and requirements of the various funds of the City. The accounts, institutions and investments wherein the funds of the City shall be placed, shall be those that are authorized by law, including, but not limited to, Idaho Code section 50-1013, as it is now in effect or may hereafter be amended or superseded.
