8-5-2: BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED ON ZONING MAP:
The boundaries of the zones as designated by this chapter shall be established by indicating said boundaries upon the "Map of the Zoning Act" as adopted in this title; provided, that such established boundaries shall be first approved by the City Council and Mayor, and after a public hearing is held. (Ord. 19, 12-5-1973)
