8-3-4: ACQUISITION AND DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY:
The commission is authorized to acquire by gift, devise or bequest lands or other property to carry out the purposes of this title and shall likewise have power to sell or to otherwise dispose of property so acquired. (Ord. 19, 12-5-1973)
