7-4-3: CERTIFICATION OF CURRENT FEES AND ASSESSMENTS:
The City Clerk is authorized, upon request made by any interested person when all water and sewer fees and assessments are current, to provide certification of such. The City will be bound by such certification to any good faith transferee for value, title insurance company or closing agent, which, in good faith, relied on said certification. (Ord. 85)
