7-3-11: PROPERTY DAMAGE:
It shall be unlawful for any person to maliciously, wilfully or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover or tamper with any structure, appurtenances or equipment which is a part of the public sewer and sewage disposal system. (Ord. 12, 2-1971)
