A. Public Sewer: It shall be unlawful for any person to uncover, make any connection with or opening into, use, alter, or disturb any public sewer without first obtaining a written permit from the Clerk. It shall be unlawful for any person to open, alter, or disturb the streets or alleys of the City for the purpose of making connection with the public sewer system, without first obtaining a written permit therefor.
B. Private Systems; Building Sewer: It shall be unlawful for any person to construct nor commence the construction of a private sewer or private sewage disposable system without first obtaining a written permit from the Panhandle Health District. It shall be unlawful for any person to construct, extend, relay, or connect a building sewer without first obtaining a written permit therefor. (Ord. 12, 2-1971)
