7-3-1: SEWER DEPARTMENT ESTABLISHED:
A Sewer Department is hereby established. The officers and other employees shall consist of a Public Works Supervisor and such other personnel as the City Council may from tine to time deem necessary for the efficient administration of the Sewer Department. (Ord. 12, 2-1971)
