7-1-14: PENALTY:
Any violation of any provision of this chapter shall be an offense against the City and the penalty, upon conviction, shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each day of a continuing offense shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 41, 1-19-1978)
