7-1-12: CONTAMINATION:
No person shall contaminate or befoul any reservoir, stream or watershed, spring, or other source from which the supply of water for the City is obtained, nor any pipe, fountain or any other device forming a part of the City water system. (Ord. 41, 1-19-1978)
