A. Requirements: An application for any permit shall be made on a form furnished by the City, which the applicant shall supplement with such plans, specifications and other information as deemed necessary by the Council. (Ord. 41, 1-19-1978; amd. 2019 Code)
B. Access: The Public Works Supervisor shall have free access at proper hours to all buildings or premises served by the system for the purpose of inspecting the pipes and fixtures, and the manner in which the provisions of this chapter are being complied with. (Ord. 41, 1-19-1978)
