The following words and phrases used in this chapter shall have the following meanings unless a different meaning clearly appears from the context:
CLERK: City Clerk.
COUNCIL: City Council of Moyie Springs, Idaho.
PRIVATE WATER SYSTEM: Any water system other than the water system of the City of Moyie Springs.
SUPERVISOR: The Public Works Supervisor, his authorized deputy or representative.
SYSTEM: The water system of the City of Moyie Springs.
WATER DEPARTMENT: The Water Department of the City of Moyie Springs. (Ord. 41, 1-19-1978)
