It shall be unlawful for a person to create or construct an access onto the City streets or rights-of-way without compliance with this chapter and a violation of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. The City may take such action as they deem appropriate to obstruct such access until compliance with this chapter be complied with. (Ord. 77, 7-9-1997; amd. 2019 Code)
