6-1-1: APPLICATION FOR PERMIT; FEE:
Before any person and/or organization shall develop any access from private property onto the rights-of-way and/or City streets, they shall file an application for a permit for such with the City Clerk on a form to be provided by the City and pay a fee as set by resolution. (Ord. 77, 7-9-1997)
