3-1-6: RULES AND REGULATIONS:
The Governing Body of the City shall have power to make such further rules and regulations for the storage and disposal of rubbish and garbage as may be necessary to effectuate and facilitate the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 17, 11-1967)
