3-1-3: BURNING:
It shall be unlawful for any person to burn garbage, refuse or chemicals within the City, except waste paper, boxes, brush, grass, weeds and cuttings from trees, lawns and gardens. Site specific burn permits may be issued by the City. (Ord. 17, 11-1967; amd. 2019 Code)
