§ 31.146  STREETS.
   The Superintendent shall have charge of the construction and care of all public streets, alleys and driveways in the village, and with keeping the same clean. The Superintendent shall see to it that all gutters and drains therein function properly and that the same are kept free from defects. The Superintendent shall perform all the duties and responsibilities outlined in Chapters 93 and Chapter 94 of this code of ordinances.
