All new developments shall provide a storm water system that ensures that the rate of flow of storm water runoff discharged from the site after development does not exceed the rate of flow of storm water runoff discharged from the site before development of a 25-year storm, unless given a waiver by the village in accordance with § 154.143. Data shall be submitted for the 15-, 25- and 100-year frequency storm.
