In areas where the public sanitary sewerage system is not reasonably accessible but where plans for the installation of said system have been approved by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency, sanitary sewers shall be provided in accordance with such plans and temporarily capped. To serve the subdivision until the time when connection to the public system becomes practicable, an approved private central sewage disposal system shall be installed, or individual sewage disposal systems may be used.
