§ 154.315 COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS.
   All proposed sanitary sewer facilities shall comply with the regulations of the State Department of Public Health and the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency, and shall be approved by the Village Board. All water and sewer lines shall be constructed as per Standard Specifications for Water and Sewers Mains, State of Illinois, 4th Edition, or as amended.
