(A)   Subsequent to completion of street construction by the subdivider, the Village Engineer shall make a final inspection of all streets to ascertain the acceptability of structural condition, earth slopes, drainage structures and the like. If said inspection indicates no deficient items, the village shall take formal action to accept the completed streets for maintenance based upon the Engineer’s recommendation.
   (B)   Should any item need correction or repair, the subdivider will be notified in writing of each deficiency. No street(s) will be accepted in a subdivision until all streets comply with the village’s requirements to the satisfaction of the Village Engineer. In addition, the developer will be required to provide a guarantee in the form of a surety bond in the amount of $10,000 for a period of two years.
