§ 31.077  TREASURER APPOINTED; VACANCY.
   (A) The Treasurer shall be appointed, by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Village Board.
   (B)   The Treasurer shall remain in office without further appointment. The Treasurer’s appointment may be rescinded, upon motion made, and seconded, and by vote of two-thirds of the Board of Trustees.
   (C)   The Treasurer shall serve until a successor is appointed and has qualified.
